The herbs and edible flowers we use are certified organic, and are grown, dried, and processed on our farm. Our herbal salts are made with certified organic grey, unrefined, hand raked, wind dried, French sea salt. Our herbal sugars are made with a fine, certified organic, certified fair-traded, evaporated cane juice.

To ensure you experience the same extraordinary freshness, quality, and pleasure in using our products that we do here on the farm, our herbal salts and sugars are made by hand in small batches on a daily or weekly basis.
